The ComArch S.A. Management Board informs that on the 5th of August, 2009, a subsidiary - SoftM Software und Beratung AG - announced initial financial data for 01.01-30.06.2009.

ComArch S.A.’s Management Board announced that on the 31st of July, 2009, ComArch S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow, purchased 500 shares (nominal value of 100 PLN each) in SoftM Polska Sp. z o.o. (Limited liability company) with its registered seat in Poznań, Poland for the total amount of 298,300.00 PLN.

The Management Board of ComArch S.A. reports that accordingly to the list of shareholders participating the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of ComArch S.A. on the 22nd of June, 2009, Elżbieta Filipiak and Janusz Filipiak as well as Arka BZ WBK Shares Open Investment Fund held at least 5 % of the total number of votes represented at this Meeting:

The Management Board of ComArch S.A. publishes, in the file attached, content of the resolutions passed at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting held on the 22nd of June, 2009.
